“Best Short Film” category - Vietnam Digital Content Creation Awards VCA 2023
Vietnam Digital Content Creation Awards - VCA 2023 has officially opened the portal to receive applications from September 12th to November 30th, 2023. The "Best Short Film" category is for excellent digital content works/products/videos. The Organization Board does not limit the content that all topics and content have the opportunity to apply the Award.
The "Best Short Film” category requires a clear message, reflects current issues, and positively impacts the community. Furthermore, it must demonstrate creative capacity by integrating cultural and artistic elements and applying advanced technology in production and business.
We are willing to receive all the products/works: travel, food, lifestyle, culture, social, education, health, sports, entertainment, family,...
Some criterias:
- Language: Vietnamese or English (subtitles are required for other languages)
- The film has not achieved any other awards, and comply the Cinema Law and the Press Law.
- Published on international and domestic digital platforms
- Runtime: Minimum runs in 3 minutes, maximum runs in less than 40 minutes (including introduction and final information)
- Release: from July 1st, 2022 to August 31st, 2023
- Format:
+ Standard DCP 2K, 4K
+ Full HD, HD
+ MP4- H264l
Candidates for this category are unlimited, from professional content creators to amateurs. Each author or group can enter many categories, and there is no limit to the number of entries.
