The Vietnam Digital Content Creation Awards 2024 (VCA 2024) includes seven award categories announced from VCA 2023. This year, the Organizing Committee has added an eighth category, the Inspiring Digital Content Creator Category.
This new category aims to honor businesses, organizations, and individuals who have made significant contributions to the field of digital content creation and have garnered public admiration. The winner will be chosen by the community through the Online Voting System on the official awards website.

The award categories for digital content works and products this year have been adjusted to clarify and expand the scope for participating products, including Best Short Films/Video; Best Animated Films/Video; Best Digital Content in Education; Category for Animated Films: Best Animated Films/Video, Best Scripts for Animated Films and Best Animation IP.

Evaluation criteria for digital content products focus on encouraging creativity and uniqueness. Businesses, organizations, and individuals must demonstrate long-term vision and contributions to cultural development, education, and building a civilized community through digital content products. This year, the Organizing Committee has also added three new judges and will conduct the evaluation process online.
