Vietnam Digital Content Creation Award - VCA 2023 Jury Council
According to Decision No. 61A/QD-HTTS dated September 8, 2023 of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Digital Communications Association, the VCA 2023 Award Jury Council includes 13 judges who are experts and managers in the fields of electricity, photography, animation, music, e-sports, IT, education; Famous journalists, musicians, and screenwriters.
Article 1. Establishment of the Final Council of the Vietnam Digital Content Creation Award 2023 - VCA 2023, including:
1. Dr. Ngo Phuong Lan, Chairman of the Vietnam Film Development Association - Chairman of the Council.
2. Assoc. Prof. Do Lenh Hung Tu, Chairman of the Vietnam Cinema Association - Member.
3. People's Artist Pham Ngoc Tuan, General Director of Vietnam Animation Studio - Member.
4. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Cuong, Chairman of Vietnam Recreational And Electronic Sport Association - Member.
5. Journalist Do Thi Minh Ngoc, Member of the Standing Committee of Vietnam Digital Communications Association - Member.
6. Journalist Nguyen Thai Khang, Head of Information and Communications Department, VietnamNet Newspaper - Member.
Article 2: Establishment of a Preliminary Council consisting of Mr./Ms.:
1. Associate Professor, Ph.D. Do Lenh Hung Tu, Chairman of the Vietnam Cinema Association - Chairman of the Council.
2. Journalist Ha Kim Chi, Head of Consulting & Legal Department, Digital Copyright Center, Vietnam Digital Communications Association - Member.
3. Ms. Tran Thuy Linh, Deputy Director of Institute For Education Cooperation and Development - Member.
4. Screenwriter Pham Thi Thanh Ha, Head of Screenwriting Department, Vietnam Animation Studio - Member.
5. Musician Vu Trung Duc - Member.
6. Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Han, General Director of Thu Do Multimedia - Member.
7. Ms. Le Thi Mai Anh, Executive Chairwoman of VNPR Vietnam Network - Member.
8. Ms. Le Thi Huong, Specialist, Department of Management and International Relations of Copyright and Related Rights, Copyright Department - Member.
Article 3:
Members of the Final Council and Preliminary Council are responsible for appraising and evaluating applications for VCA 2023 Awards according to the Vietnam Digital Content Creation Award Regulations; Report to the Award Organizing Committee on contents arising during the organization and implementation process and the Council's appraisal results.
The Board of Examiners dissolves after completing its tasks.
Article 4.
This decision takes effect from the date of signing.
The Secretary-General, Deputy Secretary Generals, Chief of Office, Head of the Vietnam Digital Content Creation Alliance Club, and Members named in Article 1 and Article 2 are responsible for implementing this Decision.
